现在，大部分农村中学的英语教学还是以传统的教师为中心、注重语法翻译为主的方法。课堂由教师进行严格控制，学生仅仅被动地接受老师传授给的知识，英语交际能力基本得不到很好的锻炼。然而导学案注重的是以学生为中心，在自主性学习教育思想指导下，教师通过不同的教学任务，根据学生能力水平的高低、学习的不同特点和兴趣爱好等制定的培养学生创新意识、学习自主性的学习方案。
一、农村初中英语教学的现实困境与思考
随着改革开放的不断推进，我国农村的初中英语教育取得了很多成果，特别是在课堂教学中，新的教学手段与理念正渐渐渗入英语课堂教学当中，这大大地提升了我国农村的英语教学质量。但是，我国农村初中英语课堂教学中仍然存在许多与新时代课堂的发展相矛盾的教学理念与方式。造成教学问题和矛盾的主要原因是师资水平低下与教学方式落后。当城市中学生流利地与外教交流时，农村中学生却只能跟着英语老师读课后单词；当城市中学生忙着上课外英语兴趣班时，农村中学生却还在为几道课后习题发愁。原本就先天不足的农村英语教育，在这种情况之下更是陷入了尴尬的境地：一方面，要针对新课程改革向英语教学提出新挑战；另一方面，还要注重升学率。因此，农村的英语教育必须适当改进传统教学方式，真正做到让变革服务于自身的发展，而不仅仅为了迎合趋势。所以，教学方式的转变迫在眉睫。尽管新事物的产生和发展常常会遭遇各种怀疑与否定，但这都是改革与发展的必经之路，导学案正是在这种情形下应运而生的。目前，导学案的创新应用，大大增强了英语课堂教学的成效，顺应了新课程改革的各项要求，农村学校也逐步接受、应用导学案。
二、农村初中英语导学案的设计方法
教师应在深入研究教材的基础上开展导学案教学模式，在教学活动开始之前，应该备好教案、学案；不仅要站在教学的角度，适当对教材进行的理解、消化、处理，还应当站在学生的角度，根据每堂课学习的内容制定出一套适应学生学习的学案，充分体现以学生发展为本的新教学理念。
1.围绕教学目标进行导学案设计
为更好发挥农村初中英语导学案的积极成效，有必要对农村初中英语导学案的设计进行更为深入的思考。针对教材热萦虢萄Т蟾伲给学生制订合理的学习计划，罗列出让学生学习的具体内容，并营造良好的学习氛围；明确课堂中的重点与难点，掌握学习方向与目标，提高学习效率。教师在吃透教材的基础上给学生理清知识体系，使知识成为一个有机的整体。教师要深入了解学生，根据他们的不同的学习能力、水平因材施教。

一、《会计英语》高职教学定位
（一）高职会计专业人才培养目标。高职会计专业培养目标是掌握会计基本理论知识和技能，具有良好的会计职业道德和较强实际动手能力，能够独立进行日常手工会计处理和电算化处理的高素质技能应用型人才。学生毕业后可在各类工业或商业企业，银行、证券、保险等金融机构从事出纳、会计核算、总账报表、预算、资金管理、会计咨询服务、统计、库存管理、财务管理、助理审计等方面的工作。
（二）《会计英语》在会计专业中开设的重要性。随着经济全球化、信息化和网络化，会计作为一门国际化的语言，在当今经济社会中地位十分重要，很多企业都涉及跨境电子商务或者境外交易，高职院校的会计学生就业范围越来越广泛，学校也非常重视专门用途英语（ESP）的教学，通过会计英语的教学消除涉外经济就业中语言的障碍，这门课程的开设不仅仅帮助学生记忆专业词汇，还应该有助于学生了解会计知识，熟悉日常业务中的填制凭证、登记账簿和编制报表等工作。
（三）《会计英语》课程教学的特殊性。《会计英语》课程还是必须以普通英语语言系统为基础，大部分词汇还是和普通英语相同，语法构造也一样。《会计英语》词汇意义比较单一，遵循逻辑，很少使用夸张的手法，和会计专业本身相匹配，显得比较严谨，如果是词汇组合就会显示其变通性，比如balance sheet是资产负债表，note payable是应付票据等；在《会计英语》中的句子长，结构复杂，不好分析。
二、《会计英语》课程教学的现状
（一）学生缺乏学习兴趣，教学效果差。高职院校的学生进校时具备的英语基础水平以及学习的积极性方面都和本科院校的学生存在的一定的差距。会计专业重在实践，对于动手操作类的课程，学生学习的主动性比较强，比如会计电算化、电子报税和手工会计实训课程等。但目前大多数高职院校的《会计英语》课程还是采用传统英语的教学方法和模式，强调词汇的积累，死记硬背等方式，使学生学习兴趣不足，自然就很难取得好的教学效果。
（二）教材过于成旧，师资不满足要求，很难与新时期经济的发展形成对应。目前高职院校《会计英语》课程选用的教材大部分比较陈旧，主要原因是在高职院校承担该课程的老师可能仅仅只具备会计或者英语一个方面的知识，很难编写出高水平的会计英语教材；或者编写的教材过于侧重理论基础的构建，传统英语能力的培养，强调词汇的记忆，不符合高职院校会计专业培养所需要的实务技能；现在承担该课程的教师大部分为英语专业出生，会计专业的实务知识时效性很强，每年像会计准则、办法、制度、税收法规等都可能有新的变化，但英语专业出生的教师很难将会计知识同步，按着陈旧的教材进行讲授，很难与新时期的经济发展相匹配。
（三）课程定位不清晰，缺乏应有的重视。虽然很多高校都将《会计英语》课程写入了人才培养方案中，但是开设的时候仅仅以选修课或者考查课的方式去进行，时间一般也设置在第四到第五学期，笼统的去进行统一授课。在这种情况下，大部分学生对该课程认可程度不高，重视程度当然也不够；由于课时较少，该课程的学习自然又回到了单一的词汇学习上面，更降低了学生的学习兴趣，缺乏必要的学习环境，对于学生毕业后工作中英语操作能力和未来职业发展更是无从谈起。
三、《会计英语》高职教学规划
（一）分层次课程教学。可以将《会计英语》课程分为两个阶段进行，初级阶段和中级阶段，改变传统英语教学中“先词汇，再文章”的思路，基于会计专业重在实务，强调实践能力的培养，在初级阶段先以跨国公司企业会计实务案例为切入点，先使用翻译软件了解文章讲述的内容，其中与自己已经具备会计基础知识结合起来进行理解，这样认知起来会变得简单，克服学生的畏难情绪，调动学生对该课程学习的兴趣。初级阶段该课程的开设时间应该在第二学期，学生已经具备了会计基础课程的知识，教师可以通过教室多媒体以视频的方式给学生进行案例展示，课时数建议为24节或者32节，帮助学生初步进入会计英语的世界。
在中级阶段就应该加入会计实务中难度相对高一些的账务处理、报表编制和分析等内容，使学生逐步了解英美国家会计准则和会计处理方法，初步掌握使用英语完成会计账务处理和报表编制等内容，具备独立的涉外会计实务操作能力。这个阶段的学习建议开设在第四或者第五学期，学生已经具备了财务会计的基础知识、手工和电算化等操作技能，为该课程的学习建立了良好的基础，课时数建议为32或者40节，能够为学生培养其使用英语完成会计工作的能力。
（二）分层次进行教材选择。教材的选择应该根据不同阶
段，学生的基本学情以及教学目的去进行教学内容的选取，在前面提到的初级阶段，侧重帮助学生放下学习英语的包袱，提高大家学习兴趣，因此教材和教学内容的选取应该侧重趣味性，内容简单，引人入胜；中级阶段侧重于学生工作中所需要的知识，体现了专业性，应该组织英语教师、会计教师以及企业财务人员共同编写教材，体现实务性和专业性，使学生有身临其境的感觉。
（三）分层次进行考核，课证融合。《会计英语》课程考核应该打破传统考试一张试卷考天下的常规思维，在初级阶段侧重语境和任务的考核，降低试卷考核的比重，语境和任务可以占比60%，试卷占比40%;至于中级阶段的考核，可以根据学生实际情况，再进行分层，如按BEC和TOEIC考试两种层次进行设计区分，鼓励学生积极参加前述考试，取得相应证书，按相应考试成绩来进行本阶段考核的评定。
（四）强化复合型师资培养，提升《会计英语》课程教学水平。目前的师资现状是复合型教师不足，该课程一般归口在会计系，应每年安排会计专业教师，尤其是承担本课程的教师进行不少于1个月的会计知识学习和英语知识强化；每学期选取1-2门课程，鼓励教师进行专业课教学时，使用双语教学；成立《会计英语》学会，教师带领学生进行英语对话和学习，扩大影响。
（五）分层次进行教学质量评估。将该课程的教学质量与学生毕业挂钩，写入人才培养方案，会计专业毕业生毕业时除取得与专业相关的会计从业证、助理会计师证、会计电算化证书外，还应该取得行业英语证书，如BEC和TOEIC证书，或者根据各学校学生具体情况设置参加上述考试达到的成绩；会计系应加强和用人单位联系，了解毕业学生在涉外会计岗位工作的情况，建立毕业生数据档案，分析其在工作中对该课程的需求、对教学和教材的建议，及时调整教学方法和人才培养模式。
目前《会计英语》课程在开设、教材、考核、师资等方面还存在不少问题，需要从明确课程定位出发，该课程的定位就是为会计专业人才培养目标所服务，从上述存在问题的角度去加大改革力度，强化课程地位，为经济国际化的当今社会培养更多的会计专业复合型人才。

In addition, walking to school or to work instead of taking the bus can also reduce the waste gases. Apart from that, we also have the duty to spread the ideas of protecting the environment. We can call on the public to plant trees and stop the factories from pouring the dirty water into the rivers. You know, the more people join us, the more things can be done, so that the better our environment will be.
However, nothing will change if we just think but don't do it. So, hurry up. Let's do our best to save our planet.
But is there nothing to do to save the earth? The answer is obviously no. Actually there are several methods we can take to make our environment better. First, the government should prevent factories from pouring dirty water into the river. Second, we'd better plant more trees. It's not only a way to make our city look more beautiful, but also a good choice to improve the environment. Third, we are supposed to ride buses or bikes rather than use cars when we go out. And finally, form the habit of saving energy. Always remember to turn off the lights when you leave the room and try to use less water in your daily life.
We have to know, the earth is our own home and also our only home. Now our home is suffering from a terrible disaster, can we just stand there and watch it happen?
