Second, stricter laws and regulations should be implemented to protect the limited water resources we have. Finally, more diversion projects should also be used so as to direct the surplus water resources in the Southern Chine to the under-supplied regions. In a word, stronger measures can and should be taken to protect the water resources we have now.
