北京是我国的首都，也是我最向往的地方。今年暑假最终梦想成真了！我和我们班的几位同学的父亲母亲结伴到北京旅游。
北京是个古老而又漂亮的城市。游玩的几天里，我们先后参观了天安门、故宫、长城、恭王府、颐和园、圆明园、鸟巢、水立方等等。它们是那样的雄伟，那样的壮观，那样的赋有历史内含。其中我最喜欢的就是天安门广场。
天安门广场可真大呀！天安门四周车水马龙。我来到广场上，我的左边是人民大会堂，右边是历史博物馆。正前面是天安门城楼，金碧辉煌，非常壮观！我身后是人民英雄纪念碑，它可高了，真像一位大巨人。天安门广场上还立着笔直的旗杆，旗杆的顶端，五星红旗迎风飘扬，真漂亮！

Located in a northwestern suburb of Beijing, the Summer Palace is an immense park containing some Chinese traditional architecture and arts. It was built and served as a royal garden during the Qing Dynasty.
Beijing also has many traditional cuisine specialties, including Beijing duck, Mongolian hotpot, Muslim barbecue, and Beijing traditional folk food. Imperial and the Tanjia cuisine are examples of Beijing's traditional cuisine.

i stayed in beijing for three days. during these days, i visited many good places. when i was in the palace museum, i really didn't know the directions. it is very large. people will spend four hours if they want to travel around it. all the things in it are very nice. although they were made more than 500 years ago, they look very beautiful. when we were in taibe palace, we saw a special chair. it was for the emperor and it was made of gold. each of the visitors said, “it is really nice,” after they visited the palace museum.
when we went to the great wall, i was very excited because it is the most famous place of interest in china. on the way to the top of the great wall, i ran very fast all the time. when i was at the top of the great wall, i thought i was a hero!
three days is too short for me. beijing is a very good and modern city. i want to make it more and more beautiful. i should work hard. i believe beijing will be the best city in the world in the future.
