“中安英语作文大赛”由安徽省惟一重点新闻门户网站——中安在线举办。活动以本网英文频道为传播平台，向广大中小学生征集英文作文稿件，凡通过评选的作文将刊登在英文频道英语作文栏目中。本次活动既是一次英语教育成果的检验，也是一次优秀英语人才风采的'展示。在此，我们诚邀各中小学校组织参赛，也欢迎广大同学以个人的名义投稿。届时，我们将进行优秀作文评选，给获奖者颁发证书，给予一定物质奖励。同时对各参赛学校进行组织奖评选。
现将大赛具体事项通知如下:
一、主办单位：
中安在线英文频道
中安教育网
二、参赛对象：
安徽省中小学生。（分为高中组、初中组和小学组）
三、参赛试题：
题目自拟，内容自选，体裁不限，提倡写自己身边的人和自己感兴趣的事；提倡说真话，抒真情，自由表达；提倡关注生活，展示自己丰富的观察力、想象力和创造力。
四、参赛办法：
网络投稿，请E-mail至邮箱：xxxx@。信件投稿，请寄安徽省合肥市金寨路206号中安在线。邮编：xxxxx。
投稿时请注明作者学校、班级、 姓名、辅导老师及联系方式。参赛者也可以提供本人、辅导老师及与作品相关内容照片以配文使用。参赛作品必须独立完成，严禁抄袭。每人仅限一篇作文参赛。
本次活动为中安在线根据安徽日报报业集团要求开展的一项公益性活动，活动全程对参赛方不收www.书包范文shubao书包范文c.com取任何费用。
五、活动时间：

六、评选与奖励：
1、凡通过初评稿件，均将在英语作文专栏中呈现。
