On my birthday two years ago, many special things happened on me. And i would remember them forever.
That morning, I rode my bike to school happily as usual. On my way to the classroom, I saw some of my classmates. But when they saw me, they rushed away. That made me confused. Because they would talk to me or play jokes on me before. But it was strange today.
When i came into the classroom, i found the atmosphere was quite strange.
Everybody looked at me and laughed loudly. Suddenly they all said in good order,“happy birthday to you!” Then they began to sing “happy birthday to you~~~~~~” that made me moved. I never told anyone about my birthday, how did they know? i believed they must have done a lot of things. At that moment, i found nothing to say but thanks instead!
After school, a thing ing as a surprise happened on me on my way back home. when i was riding suddenly a crowed of people rushed out to stopped my bike.I recogized them at once. They were my senior classmates. They all lained to me,“why dont you tell us about your birthday? dont you fear that we will let you stand treat? this time you owe us.” Then each of them gave a gift and a card with best wishes to me. I was deeply moved again. I suggested having a dinner together. But they all refused because of the time. Then they left me saying we would ask you to pay us another day!
When i got back home,I thought of everything happened today. Suddenly i felt so happy because i had such great friends around me. I thanked them from the bottom of my heart. I would value the precious friendship forever!
I have so many feelings through that special day. The only rose without thorns in the world is friendship. A true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart. Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget. One friend in a lifetime is much, two are many, three are hardly possible. Stick to make friends, forlife without friends is like life on a desert island. To find one real friend in a lifetime is good fortune, to keep him is a blessing.

I have many fellow international classmates, and I am applying to an exchange program with a university abroad. As for my aunt, she is planning to get an MBA degree in the United Kingdom where her daughter, my cousin, is now doing her master's degree in biochemistry. We are now taking the opportunity to study overseas, and when we come back, we'll put to use what we have learnt abroad.
The third door is the door to lifelong learning. As new ideas appear all the time, we always need to acquire new knowledge, regardless of our age. Naturally, my aunt herself is the best example. Many of my aunt's contemporaries say that she is amazingly up-to-date for a middle-aged woman. She simply responds,“Age doesn't matter. What matters is your attitude. You may think it's strange that I am still going to college, but I don't think I'm too old to learn.”Yes, she is right. Since the government removed the age limit for college admissions in 20xx, there are already some untraditional students, sitting with us in the same classrooms. Like these people, my aunt is old but she is very young in spirit. With her incredible energy and determination, she embodies both tradition and modernity.
The doors open to us also pose challenges. For instance, we are faced with the challenge of a balanced learning, the challenge of preserving our fine tradition while learning from the West, and the challenge of learning continuously while carrying heavy responsibilities to our work and family. So, each door is a test of our courage, ability and judgment, but with the support of my teachers, parents, friends and my aunt, I believe I can meet the challenge head on. When I reach my aunt's age, I can be proud to say that I have walked through dozens of doors and will, in the remainder of my life, walk through many more. Possibly I will go back to college, too.

In recent years heavy smog often appear in many cities of China, which has brought bad impact on our daily life.Since the value of PM2.5 inthe air is in the high level, many people wear masks to protect themselves when going in an area, due to the emissions of smokefromcoal burning and car exhaust, the atmosphere was so heavily polluted that people couldn’t see their own fingers just in front of them and some schools and airports had to close down.
When a strong sand storm is blowing, the whole sky will turn darker and darker.It looked as if we had been spending the night when the sun is high upin the sky.It is high time we tackled with the pollution problems.
All factories in the cities that puff heavy smoke should be closed down or moved into the remote areas.All cars that emit black smoke should be bannedfromrunning on the roads.If we don’ttake resolute measures to protect our environment, our sky will never turn blue again,the air we breathe in every day will never be clean and our health will be deteriorating day by day.Therefore we appeal to the entire fellow country men, let’s take concerted action to safeguard our living environment.
Premier Li Qiang, in his work report, had called on us to tackle with the pollution problems.Following the Premier’s call, some local governments had taken some measures, such as reducing the use of coal and putting restrictions on the use of private cars to fight against the pollution.As long as

I am honored to stand here to share with you on such a important subject as climate change.Yes ,it is global warming .
Let me give you two phenomenons.
Here is the first and more people used to be using air condition,but how many people ever thought whether this new ?hobby? will bring side-effects or not? Maybe just few people.In fact,the side-effect is apparent.The emissions of gases exhausted from air conditioning contain a lot of methane which could cause global warming.By the way,air conditioning will waste a lot of electricity .
The second one is about the increasing amount of cars.According to the statistics,in 21st century,there are 7 millions cars in the world,a large amount of exhaust gases has seriously influenced us,such as: cough,throat inflammation.
This two phenomenons are just few part of reason which change our environment badly.There are many other reasons.
In nearly 100 years,the average global temperature experienced twice fluctuations which is “cold-warm-cold-warm”。Generally,it is the trend that global climate is becoming warmer and warmer .In 1980s,global temperature rised apparently.According to Chinese scientists,the average temperature in China has risen by 1.1 degrees centigrade in the last 5 decades.It is higher than the reported global average.We are seeing more frequent bouts of extreme weather in many parts of the country.For example,last spring,the most severe drought in 50 years hit northern China affecting the livelihood of 4 million damage and climate change is a reality for us.Out of the world?s most polluted 20 cities,half are in China,70% of Chinese rivers are polluted .China has become the largest carbon emitter of the world.
It is really thought-provoking(发人深省).Who pays for it ? First,as the pace of human high-tech development process goes quiker and quiker,the side-effects with the science development reflected,global warming is one and more greenhouse gases with the development of economy are being discharged into the air.About 70% of the greenhouse gases has been composed of carbon dioxide,which is considered as one of the greatest causes of global warming .It has harmful effects,causing the sea level to raise and many natural disasters to the other hand ,scientists in one wave after another try to awaken us to the growing threat of global warming.But many coutries tend to turn a deaf ear(充耳不闻) to the scientists?warnings.In fact,the earth?s atmosphere is definitely being warmed and the problem is largely man-made.A wise way is that we should get moving to protect ourselves.So the public demand that all nations should taket strong measures to prevent the increase of the earth?s temperature.
In my opinion,it is the high time for us to take action.In order to save the earth,we should try to do things below: no air conditioning,use recycled paper,abandon meat food,don?t use plastic bags,take a bus.It is little drops of life.As long as everyone takes action,it will be a powerful strength to rescue our planet.All countries are supposed to take the legislative initiative as soon as in this way can the global warming be put under control.

On the night of March 1, the 76th Annual Academy Awards was shown on television. After watching it, I had a dream, a sudden wish, that some day, I could receive an Oscar award, or a nomination, for a movie I've made.
While I was schooling in Australia, my friends from school and I received a n assignment one day, "To make a ten to twenty minute movie on the topic of your choice." At the time, the trend was based around the popular Matri movie trilogy, so that became our obvious choice.
Because our schedule was very tight, and it was a first time eperience, we found it all very hard work, but when we released our production at school, it was worth it. After my friends and I showed the movie, we could not get from one end of the school to the other without getting congratulated about five or si times. We, especially I, were proud. We made a school-wide sensation.
From then on, I became obsessed with how to make movies and how filming is done. I just wanted to know about everyone and everything that has something to do with movies. I would watch a movie four to five times, just to find out how one camera angle, or special effect was produced. I found everything I watched quite amazing. I sometimes admired directors and producers of these films because the techniques they use are so smart. Their cleverness inspired me to make and act in movies.
When I become little bit older, I would like to attend a movie academy in Beijing or Shanghai, then America, or England, after some training and eperience, I would like to make a movie, which will most likely be an action movie, which is my favorite kind of movie to watch.. If I am lucky, I hope I would get an Oscar Award for this movie. I think that would be quite a challenge, but it’s not impossible. For now, it’s back to watching movies over and over again for me!
