一个人的成长离不开师长的教诲。当我每天清晨在校内广播站为同学们播音时，当我站在讲台上给同学们当小老师时，当我代表全区学生在教师节向老师献词时，当我参加各种比赛获奖时，所有的这些荣誉和掌声，都是老师给予我的。是老师那慈母般的呵护给了我自信，是老师那信任的眼神给了我勇气，是老师那辛勤的付出给了我知识的源泉。每一点的进步，都是老师辛勤培育的结果。
从那时起，我就有了这个美好的梦想。我要把这个梦想创造出绚丽多彩的奇迹，我要把这种爱传递给我的学生们。

我们人的生活有两种方式，第一种方式是像草一样活着，你尽管活着，每年还在成长，但你毕竟 是一棵草，你吸收雨露阳光，但是长不大，人们可以踩过你，但是人们不会因为你的痛苦而他产生痛苦。人们不会因为你被踩了而来怜悯你，因为人们本身就没有看 到你。所以我们每个人都应该像树一样的成长，即使我们现在什么都不是，但是只要你有树的种子，即使被人踩到泥土中间，你依然能够吸收泥土的养分，自己成长 起来。当你长成参天大树以后，遥远的地方，人们就能看到你，走近你，你能给人一片绿色。活着是美丽的风景，死了依然是栋梁之才，活着死了都有用，这就是我 们每一个同学做人的标准和成长的标准。
每一条河流都有自己不同的生命曲线，但是每一条河流都有自己的梦想，那就是奔向大海。我们的生命有的时候会是泥沙，你可能慢慢地就会像泥沙一样，沉 淀下去了。一旦你沉淀下去了，也许你不用再为了前进而努力了，但是你却永远见不到阳光了。所以我建议大家，不管你现在的生命是怎么样的，一定要有水的精 神，像水一样不断地积蓄自己的力量，不断地冲破障碍，当你发现时机不到的时候，把自己的厚度给积累起来，当有一天时机来临的时候，你就能够奔腾入海，成就 自己的生命。

I enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation. But life in the university is not as satisfactory as what I had expected. I become lazy and don't want to study.I become silcent. I become puzzled. I don't know what I can do in the future. Then I become unhappy.
Four years in the university is only a short period when compared my whole lifetime. Now it has passed a half. In this year, many people ,such as my parents,my friends, ask me what I want to do and tell me to map out a plan for my life. I don't want to follow their suggestion, and I want to go my style. So I think carefully. I have been a young volunteer for five years.It's very happy and significant. Then I have a dream.I want to join the University Student Volunteers Go West Programe. As we all know, money can buy all the goods in our life, no matter how huge it is. A spaceship, for example, if you really feel your bank account can afford it.
However, when it comes to love, satisfaction, happiness and many other human feelings, it is completely not like this. The result of many recent research can support my point. They said that, though people received far more money than ever, their standard for happiness also rised. That means, if you had one yuan, a car might be your dream, but if you had one million, you might consider owning a space trip. So when people always hope for those they can not afford, they will push themselves to an unhappy situation.
Anyhow, money equal wealthy in life but not happiness in mind. Only by changing our attitude to money and enjoying every day, can we obtain a truely happy future!

We Are The World ,We Are The Future
Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

我想起了毛泽东，在抗日战争胜利后到重庆与蒋介石谈判，期间发表一首著名的诗篇：《沁园春。雪》，让蒋介石大怒，汇集很多诗人编诗，要抢占鳌头，却一败涂地。毛泽东以激昂文字，指点江山，夺得了中国革命的胜利！在这里，我想告诉大家的是，我对语文的学习，也有一个认知的过程。开始我以为语文不用学，谁不会说中国话？在学习中，我开始认识到学语文的重要性。我在语文课中，不仅学到了写作、阅读、分析，好学到了很多道理。我爱语文课了！

My name is Jie Lidi. Today, my topic is: “Confidence”. As we all know, failure is the mother of success. But What I want to say is that success is the child of confidence. Without confidence, things can become negative and uncomfortable. I remember, during an English class, I wanted to make a sentence using the word "listen". I should have said: "I listen to the Voice of America" but I was too nervous and said "I listen to the Noise of America". Everybody in the class laughed. Since then I wanted to train myself to be confident. Now, confidence makes me brave and courageous. Take this speech for example. I wanted to enter this competition, but I would feel very embarrassed if I made mistakes. Just then, I thought about my dream. My dream is to become a scientist when I grow up. If I am not confident, how can I overcome difficulties I face? If I am not confident, how can I succeed in developing myself in the future? I will do it! Today, I am making a speech in public and I feel proud andconfident!

每个人的人生都并非一帆风顺，并非永无波浪的湖面。而是一场充满艰辛，坎坷，曲折，充满挑战与挫折的旅途。属于我们的每一个新的一天都是一次挑战。在迎接每日的朝阳时，我们需要足够的自信来克服遇到的困难。
爱因斯坦的“相对论”发表之后，有人曾炮制了一本《百人驳相对论》，网罗了一批所谓名流对这一理论进行声势浩大的挞伐。可是，爱因斯坦自信自己的理论必然胜利，对哒伐不屑一顾。他说：“假如我的理论是错的，一个人反驳就够了，一百个零加起来还是零。”他坚定了必胜的信念，坚持研究，终于使“相对论”成为20世纪的伟大理论，为世人所瞩目。
同学们，或许我们无法成为像爱因斯坦一样成为为社会做出极大贡献的人。但我们依旧应该向他一样自信的面对一切，面对困难，面对挫折。
我坚信，自信是一种力量，一种引领我们坚持的力量。无论身处顺境，还是逆境，都应该微笑地，平静地面对人生，有了自信，生活便有了希望。“天生我材必有用”，哪怕命运之神一次次把我们捉弄，只要拥有自信，拥有一颗自强不息、积极向上的心，成功迟早会属于你的。
同学们，高中三年必定是一段峥嵘岁月。希望从今天开始，从现在开始，我们都可以把汗水的积累转化为骄傲，自信的资本。以舍我其谁也的雄心壮志面对我们应该面对的每一次考验。 让我们的高中生活成为人生光彩绚丽的回忆。
