c）长期以来，我们受泰勒目标模式的影响，局限于通过量化范式下的标准化测验、常模测验而取得的尽可能精确的分数作为甄别、选拔人才的`唯一标准。教师通常以“分”取人，把分数作为同其他学生比较、判断的重要标尺。教师和家长对学生的善意和关怀逐步被考试分数所取代，学生的个性发展、创新意识等都在博取高分之中逐渐被泯灭。笔者认为，以学生自我评价为中心的自我接受评价，是一个值得研究和探索的新课题。
评价最重要的意图不是为了证明，而是为了改进。自我接受评价是以学生自我评价为中心，结合教师等他人的评价，引导学生在形成积极自我评价的基础上发展实现主题性的评价。它是对学习全过程的评价，是为了让学生认识自己、接受自己，进而以改进自我为目的而进行的评价。

本次航海实习，虽然时间不是很长，但是意义很重大，主要可以从以下几个方面进行阐述。
首先，航海实习是一次理论联系实际的活动，通过本次实习，让我们对于之前课堂上所学的专业知识有了更深刻的理解。同时，有幸倾听船上大副等相关工作人员的精彩讲座和陪同参观，让我们对船舶的各部分结构和设备仪器有了更为清晰的认识。当然，从中也学习到了很多课本中未涵盖到的专业知识，最重要的是本次实习真真切切的拓展了我们的见识。

航海专业学生的自荐信
尊敬的领导：
您好！很感谢您在百忙之中抽空看我的自荐信。
我是XX大学航运学院航海技术专业20××年应届毕业生，主要研究方向是船舶驾驶技术，船舶安全和海商法。四年来，在师友的严格教益及个人的努力下，我具备了扎实的`专业进出知识，系统的掌握了航海驾驶技术，船舶安全和海商法等有关理论；能够正常的使用航海仪器；熟悉涉外工作常用礼仪；具备较好的英语听、说、读、写、译等能力；能熟练操作计算机办公软件。同时，我利用课余时间广泛地涉猎了大量书籍，不但充实了自己，也培养了自己多方面的技能。更重要的是，严禁的学风和端正的学习态度塑造了我朴实、稳重、创新的性格特点。
此外，我还积极参加各种社会活动，抓住每一个机会，锻炼自己。大学四年，我深深地感受到，与优秀学生共事，使我在竞争中获益；向实际困难挑战，让我在挫折中成长。祖辈们教我勤奋、尽责、善良、正直；武汉理工大学培养了我实事求是、开拓进取的作风。我热爱贵单位所从事的事业，殷切地期望能够在您的领导下，为这光荣的事业添钻加瓦；并且在实践中不断学习、进步。
